Hangover... Not

Call me a prude or a weirdo, but never once in my life did I have a hangover, and what's more, I'm proud of it. I am thankful for it too. Because, firstly, having a hangover doesn't make you any cooler, secondly, I just know when to stop, and thirdly, I hold my liquor well.

  3. Well, as someone who has had MANY hangovers, you aren't missing anything!

I love being able to wake up in the morning, and not waste half my day recovering from the night before!

  4. you should be very thankful for this one... you don't know how hangovers are for me, the last one I had lasted for almost 48 hours...
so I went to my friends summer house with a bunch of people for one night, we all drank a lot, I woke up the other day feeling horrible, everyone started drinking again and hanging by the pool but I couldn't (I wasn't even able to eat)... and when we got home they were like "lets go party" but my head was killing me, and could barely sleep... that's why I rarely drink, I mean even if a drink a little I feet it the next day.

  6. I can say the same thing for me Julia... or as my dad tells me my alcohol-tolerance level is so high that I don't get drunk easily. And I never fail to drink lots of water after a drinking spree.

    Have a great day! xoxo

  7. Good for you! Having a hangover and not remembering what happened the night before isn't admirable. The older we get, the dumber it gets.

  8. I agree! Luckily, I don't get hangovers... I think for the same reason as you - I know when to stop, and I just am lucky that way. I'm thankful for knowing my limits!

    stay classy love

  10. Me NEITHER>> Yes, knowing the limits and acknowledge oneself are the hardest thing to really know ourselves.

Oh, thanks for the tips of mascapone cheese. I love its rich creamy taste but not as sour cream w/ sour taste... I dripped w/ honey over my waffle last weekend and couldn't stop eating them.....Ah... guilty!!! :)

  16. Hangovers are no fun, but I get them and not always from being the 'drank and stupid' person.

I like to know my limits and I often push them and learn to better respect them.

You are certainly not anything for not having them so no judgement is cast upon you. Thus, none should be cast upon those who enjoy the extra pint or two. {or three...} Some people are simply having too good of a time to keep track. It happens.

  17. Brian, very true, it's never too right to judge others. I am, however, one of those who are convinced that it's perfectly possible to have a great time with no alcohol involved. Just makes me sad when I meet people who cannot enjoy themselves and their company without it, you know.
