Listen: My Interview With Australian Radio FM99.3

Took me some time, but I think I've found a really good way to upload my Breakfast In Bed radio show interview and it is via YourListen! I kind of like it how their color scheme is so in line with that of North Shore's FM99.3, however, this is not why I chose them and the color coordination wasn't on purpose!.. Just a little extra something to smile about it.

Here's the interview, please enjoy if you listen and don't hold back sharing your feedback! I believe I can handle some constructive critisism if needed, ha!..

P.S. I have permission from Breakfast In Bed radio show's host to upload and distribute the above recording via my blog. All rights reserved.

  6. That was really great, Julia. It was so nice to hear you :) The radio announcer made a boo boo (I think), though, with the blogger address. Not important, though. You sounded great and confident.

  13. Of course not. Not everyone is keen on attention to detail like me. lol

  14. Oops, Anonymous, I kind of thought the comment was from Karen herself! Anyways, the host noticed the mistake right away and corrected it right after we said our goodbyes, but this part didn't make it into this recorded piece above!

  15. I think the interviewer said it best with, "You are truly inspirational."

I really enjoyed listening to this. First of all, it was great to hear your voice after all this time. You definitely come off as intelligent and graceful as well as positive.

I think above all else I was excited to hear about your plans for the book. I can't wait to hear more about it as it develops.

    Congratulations!

  25. So guess what I did last night??? I seriously think I was smiling the entire time - it was so awesome to hear the voice of someone you've corresponded with for about a year, seriously. And omg, your accent is SO pretty! I knew you would have a Russian accent (because I'm not a total moron) but I guess fairly often I didn't picture it in the way we would talk to each other, I don't know- it was so awesome. You sounded very put together and intelligent and I specifically enjoyed it because I remember the things you were talking about-thankful for coffee, etc. The interview was a good length too- you sounded poised, intelligent and it was long enough to get a lot of content out but not too long where people would get bored. Bravo! I'm so impressed. You will have to keep me in the know about your book, etc. I promise you I'll definitely be an owner of a copy- I love it, proud to be a part of your process!
