Practical Thanks

I'm thankful that I actually like working out. I still would even if I didn't, but enjoying it sure helps!

  2. I have got to get back to working out... Taking care of little Renzo have been very tiring yet still very rewarding... Just need some extra energy. =)

  5. ..if you like it - that is perfect ..I like it as well just sometimes lazyness takes me : ) I don't like gyms but I love running , so I run at least 3 times a week ..

  8. Yes, I'd agree if you are enjoy something that you do "whatever it is", the process in between is much fruitful then the outcome. ^^

  14. I wish I could say that I am thankful that I enjoy working out! Instead why don't I just say that I'm thankful for the fact that I'm healthy enough to do it - even on the day that I really don't want to! Have a Bessed weekend.

  15. uh yeah! The key to exercise is finding a routine that works for you. I don't live to workout but I have a stride going with it and I got 5 days a week and it's my solace. It makes everything in my life better when I'm working out- stress, mentally, physically... the list goes on and on.
