I'm thankful life's been teaching me patience. I'm not known to be a very patient person, but I can see that with time I'm getting better at it and it's only been helpful.

  1. Patience is not one of my strong points either. Over the last couple years, I've been trying to become better. Sometimes forcing myself to wait, thinking things through. I'm getting better but could still use some more help!

  2. I need to practice being patient... sometimes I really get stressed when I'm waiting for something or someone.

  3. Hey Miss Thanksgiving Girl. You're a very thoughtful person—someone who is savoring each moment. So it's not a surprise that patience is a virtue that is growing with you. IMpatience only occurs when you think the next moment is somehow going to be better than the current moment.

  4. I need to learn patience, darling. Your blog is an inspiration, as always!

  5. Patience is my biggest downfall. Unfortunately, we learn it through situations that require it. If only I could be more thankful for those... :)

  6. if there's one thing i severely lack, it would be patience! i'm really glad that i'm improving in this aspect too (:

  7. Michael and Leah, I think in most cases people are meant to be naturally impatient, it seems to me patience really does come with time and experience... So we all will get there one day, I believe :)

Graham, what an interesting thought! I've never viewed it that way before, but it makes perfect sense.

    Carrie, many thanks!!!

Groppy, you can :) You know what they say? Practice makes perfect! haha

Sam, yay for improving and for appreciating that!

  8. "Patience is the companion of wisdom",i've read somewhere recently!
I think that being impatient only leads you to the wrong way...i couldnt agree more with my friend Graham....

  9. I definately agree with this quote! This is why I think patience comes with experience too - you get wiser with more experience :)

I appreciate you taking the time to connect and share your thoughts, so thank you for your comment! And while you're at it... Why not tell me what you're thankful for today? ;-)
