Killer Whales Have a Thing for Me

In my dream that night a killer whale licked my hand. In fact, it sucked half my arm and I was told it did that because it liked my smell... I'm thankful for the funny dream because all of that felt quite real and I've never experienced anything like that or even gotten that close to whales. Ah, reminds me how much I want to go to a seaquarium!..

  1. My dear, I love your blog more and more !

  2. Didn't you get scared?

    Have a great weekend Julia!

  3. hahaha what a cute idea! Seriously!

btw, I tagged you in my Blog!

  4. LOL! Here was my dream last was pretty horrible. My family was being chased by some corrupt futuristic government and I was taken prisoner. My mom's dog got loose and came to find me...I was so happy to see him, but he was limping and injured. Then I had to escape the prison and hide in a swimming pool where I had to breathe out of a straw. CRAZY!!!

  5. Sometimes, I hve silly dreams too.

ps: about the boots, it's true about making ur legs appear shorter but the key is styling it with pants/leggings/tights that are the same color with the boots. Those treats will make the legs appear longer looking. (I'm 5'2);-). Also about long cardigan, don't go for bright color, but should go for pastel color and do not have many colors or contrasting colors in one outfit. I hope thse work for you ;-)

  6. Wow, incredible dream! Wonder what it means.

  7. Just read your comment on Leah’s blog about the poem I wrote, “Ode to Leah”. Thanks for your kind words, they’re much appreciated!

  8. Here in Greece we have abook that explains dream...but i doubt if it can explain this strange and awesome,at the same time,dream...

  9. Stephanie, thank you! :)

Shannon, wow, pretty scary indeed, and so eventful too, such an action packed dream... I'm glad it's just a dream!

Hanh, thanks for getting back to me with that and for the advice! :)

    Barry, you are welcome :)

On the dream, I read that dreaming of whales is a good and positive omen, and getting licked by an animal in a dream predicts a situation in which one would have to help and give advice to a friend or a relative :)

  10. I like this new theme of dreams in your posts, and this one sounds really unique. In fact, I don't think I've heard anything quite like it. My interpretation, just for fun:

The killer whale represents fears you have conquered. It is one of Earth's most powerful and dangerous animals, yet you don't fear its presence. Even when it looks like the whale might consume you, you hold steady, knowing it is your friend.

  11. Haha, thanks Graham!! Real nice interpretation, I would love for it to be true, and I think it might actually be, hmmm :)

I appreciate you taking the time to connect and share your thoughts, so thank you for your comment! And while you're at it... Why not tell me what you're thankful for today? ;-)
