Sleep

I'm thankful for sleep and its ability to make one feel better. 2 extra hours last night and I do feel a little better.

  6. ..well ,sleep is really important for us to function ..we all now the lack of sleep feeling ,it just so horrible when the smallest thing irritates you and you just want to look for arguments ( me ),I really hate that feeling ..also it's very important to not waking up 100 times a night ,it can make you more tired and angry ..good sleep means a lot to me , especialy because for two years in my life I had a very sleepless nights and it was not very good feeling ..still ,I am a nightbird : ) but I love to have a tight sleep till morning ..and only in dark ,can't have no lights around
..Julia I hope you had a wonderful sleep and you feel 100 % happy in the morning , you know ,when you open your eyes and you know ' yes ,this day gonna be amazing' : )
..and I will definately take a lot of pictures : ) can't wait to get home ...

  8. Oh, sleep...sleep is a blessed thing, indeed. According to Dr. House, who I am sure is ALWAYS right, we'd evidently die if we missed sleep for four days straight...give or take, I can't remember.

Glad you got caught up on some shut eye :)

  10. 2 hours can be the difference between "getting by" and "powering through" :) It can also be the difference in drinking one less cup of coffee a day and feeling all around healthy! I 100% agree with you and am too thankful for sleeeep ;)

  17. It makes a HUGE difference in your day doesn't it? I've been battling insonmia for months...Well, when we went to NYFW I was so busy every day that I had no choice but to pass out every night. Since I've been back I've pretty much been able to go to sleep by 1 which is huge. It was 5 before!!
