You Are Awesome

In the beginning of the month, I asked what recent summer memories you wanted to re-live, even if just for a few moments. I loved reading your thoughtful answers! You guys are awesome and deserve more than 5 minutes of what you asked for, that’s for sure.

Here are some of your answers to the question
"what would you appreciate 5 minutes more of"?

I'd like to spend just five more minutes relaxing with family at my sister's in her yard. My cousin and his wife were there. We hadn't seen them for a while so it was fun to just hang out and talk. - Crystal

5 more minutes hugging my loved ones…
And oooh yes, 5 more minutes of those fantastic summer nights - Ellinelle

I would love 5 more minutes with my bf the other night. He came over in really cozy clothes and was on my bed while I putzed around doing stuff falling asleep. We were really content, not talking but so content and I loved looking over at him in sweats, on my bed, reading, fighting sleep
- it was really cute and peaceful. I would love 5 minutes more of that! - Miss Caitlin S.

I'd love to have five more minutes inside the Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia.
Or five more minutes baking under the sun with the sound of lapping waves. - Koryn

  4. I'd have the same answer with Ms Caitlin S. 5 more minutes of that. 5 more minutes of relaxation. 5 more minutes of just doing nothing, thinking of nothing. They're very simple things but things that we take for granted. Now that I'm so busy and everything is so stressful, I appreciate 5 more minutes of those things :)

I hope you had a great week friend!

    Definitely, Maybe

  5. I agree with Joei! Life is so fast-paced this days, that we now miss the things we used to take for granted when we were young(er)--like staying still and being calm and relaxed :)

  7. 5 more minutes sitting at swim team practice watching my kids have so much fun would be awesome! In fact, there are probably a lot of things I would like 5 more minutes of from this summer. It went by too fast.

  8. aw, love this!! Ellinelle sounds awesome but my Grammar makes me squirm a bit :) Koryn's sounds perfectly amazing as I haven't really experienced either of the experiences she mentioned. Saturday was our first official day of Fall so I guess those really are just memories now :)

  10. Such a sweet post. I'd love 5 more minutes of sleep this morning, but if I had 5 more minutes I could borrow, it would be with my dad.

  11. Awwww! I am so happy to read these responses. I would love five more minutes of the relaxation and care-free attitude that comes with summer. I always feel so stressed during the fall and spring because of school.

  16. There are so many "5 more minutes" that I wish for. From my personal experience, sometimes we will never have the luxury of 5 more minutes so I try to take advantage of the moment.

  17. My recollection of my last summer is a constant migraine and my salvation in the form of hemp botanics. I had never used this medicine before and was a little afraid of marijuana in general. It turned out that such a medicine relieves pain with systemic migraine much faster than pills. You can remember this life hack.
