Lonely Loner

I'm thankful that I can be all on my own when needed. I remember it used to be a huge problem before. Like, I'd need to go grocery shopping and I would totally trip out if none of my friends could join me. With it being such a problem and messing with my plans, I always wanted to change that about me...

And here I am now: taking planes alone like it's nothing; walking unfamiliar cities all by myself like I can never get lost; getting lost in those cities and making my way back to where I started of; heading out for a cheesecake all alone and enjoying every minute of this lonely meal like I'm out on a date with a super hottie... Life is good when you can live it by your own rules!

  1. Haha, I hate to be one of 'those' chihuahua owners, but I'm using Halloween as an excuse!

What a great 'project'! I find myself being too negative... I think it becomes a habit to see the worst in things around you. =P

  2. Wow! What a wonderful project. Everytime I'm in need of a pick me up, I will be sure to stop by. Great concept! AND I cannot agree with you more, I am so thankful to be able to enjoy my own company. It's totally underrated in modern society, so you preach it!

  3. @emptychatter: Hmm, I guess it's a nice exuse though! I mean, why not? :) And thank you! I know what you're talkign about, I see a lot of people that are like that, including my family... But to me, it's a habit now to see the best in every thing and situation, no matter how terrible it might be lol It's not easy at first, but it gets easier with time and then it's a habit :) With this project of mine I just want to prove it's possible.

@oriwa: Thank you so much!! I find it being underrated in modern society also, which unfortunately, amkes it harder on people to be able to be on their own, but it's so crucial! How would you be able to be with soemone else if you can't enjoy your own company?
