I'm so very much thankful for traveling, for the ability to travel, for the idea of traveling itself... The world would be a sad place without such perfect opportunity to expereince other cultures and sub-cultures within cultures!

I LOVE traveling. I wish I could afford to do more!
ReplyDeleteI don't get to travel nearly as much as I would love to, but I completely agree with you.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than discovering other cultures and 'ways of life.' It makes us more tolerant and open to the people around us.
..hello darlin ..I love the picture you posted .. I love traveling ,it's amazing to learn about different cultures ,how different people live all around the world ..every country have their own little things what makes them different ..I wish to travel a lot more ,all around the world : )

ReplyDeleteMichael and Paul, exactly the same here! I so wish I could afford even more traveling. I've done a lot of it in the last 2 years, and it was not easy on me financially lol But it was so worth it!! Traveling definately makes one all the more open minded :)
Ellinelle, true that! Glad you liked the picture - it's taken in Moscow, the globe is part of the ceiling design of one of the oldest malls here.

ReplyDeleteWe learn from everywhere, we eat from other cultures, mix, share and our life is better, a muaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
ReplyDeleteMariona, good point! I love the part about mixing and sharing, this is a beautiful thing when people can give and take to and from other cultures instead of being fuul of haterid

ReplyDeleteI completely agree! Nothing changed my perspective on the world (and gave me the courage to live my own life) more than that trip to Europe did. It completely changed the direction I was going in.
