Multilevel Dreams

Having watched Inception on Friday, I remembered those kind of multilevel dreams I get to see sometimes - rarely, but they're so cool. Now let me try to explain just what kind of multilevel dreams I'm thankful for!

The whole "purpose", if I can say so about a dream, is for you to get a whole picture, to experience the same situation from a different point of view and then just gather it like you would a puzzle. Basically, it's like watching the same dream over and over, only you get to "live" in every character's skin each new time. thus getting a new perspctive on things You get to see and hear what each of them sees and hears and then, at the last "level", you're supposed to make everything right and use all the information you gathered and get out of a given dream situation alive. I swear I do see such dreams sometimes and they're super cool to watch.

  1. o thats a complete surprise for me to know that multi-level dreams even exist. I thought it was just a concept they used in the movie.

  2. I don't think I've ever had any multi-level dreams and if I did, I don't remember. :/ It's funny, most of the time I dream in grayscale. Colored dreams seem more frequent now, but still majority in blacks, whites, and grays. Weird huh?! I watched Inception last weekend and it was amazing! I want to go back to see it, but I refuse to pay another $9.50.. hee hee.. so I'll wait until it comes out on DVD. I hope you're having a fabulous Sunday Julia. Hugs!

  7. I've definitely had dreams within dreams, but I've never had the kind you describe here. Experiencing the same dream from different perspectives? Yet another amazing thing from your mind.
